Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 11, 2022, BurgerFi International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will conduct a conference call on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended October 3, 2022. The Company will report its financial results in a press release prior to the conference call.

A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
