Item 8.01.  Other Events.

 

On December 31,  2015,  Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plan to release its fourth quarter 2015 results after the close of the market on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. The Company announced that it will host an investor conference call and webcast to review the results on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The webcast will include a slide presentation which consists of information regarding the Company's operating and growth strategies and financial performance. The presentation materials will be posted on the Company's website on January 20, 2016. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Fourth Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

 

December 31, 2015, Stillwater, Oklahoma . . . . Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market - OKSB), (“Southwest”), today announced that it plans to issue a news release reporting fourth quarter 2015 results after the market closes on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.  The news release will also be available at that time on Southwest’s website at www.oksb.com.
