Empire Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: NYNY), owner and operator
of Mighty M Gaming, located just 90 minutes from New York City, today
announced the installation of its first video gaming progressive
jackpot machines. The arrival of progressive jackpot machines make
this popular Catskill gaming destination the third New York based
gaming facility to offer these exciting games.
Eleanor Lederman of Monticello, a frequent visitor, became the
first Mighty M Gaming patron to play IGT's new Spam progressive
machine. The Spam game is one of the latest additions to the Mighty M
Gaming's VGM gaming floor.
"This game offers the customer any wagering combinations from
$0.02 to $2.50 with wagering on twenty-five line combinations and, of
course, an ever increasing top jackpot," said Dave Hanlon, CEO and
president of Empire Resorts, Inc, owner and operator of the Monticello
Raceway and Mighty M Gaming at Monticello Raceway.
"The racino's customers have been asking for progressive machines
since our opening day a year ago and we are thrilled that IGT has
invested into the necessary design and engineering to begin meeting
that demand," Hanlon said.
Mighty M Gaming is located in Monticello, N.Y. In addition to over
1,700 video gaming machines, the facility also offers a 350-seat
buffet, food court and the Lava Lounge with live entertainment. Mighty
M Gaming is open daily from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m.
