Empire Resorts, Inc. ("Empire") (NASDAQ: NYNY) today
announced that it will participate in the Roth Capital Partners Growth
Conference on February 21st, 2006 in Dana Point, California. David P.
Hanlon, president and chief executive officer, and Ronald J.
Radcliffe, chief financial officer, will present at the conference at
2:00 p.m. Pacific time (5:00 p.m. EST).
