Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

 

Effective June 28, 2022 Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation accepted the resignation of Erik Danielsen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

 

Mr. Danielsen was provided with a copy of the disclosures contained in this Report on Form 6-K, and has been given an opportunity to review and agree to this disclosure.
