Nexeo Solutions Achieves Corporate Social Responsibility Rating Target and Receives Score of 55 from EcoVadis

Nexeo Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:NXEO) announced today that it received a score of 55 and was awarded a silver medal in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from EcoVadis, the business sustainability performance and rating organization.

In publishing its inaugural 2017 Sustainability Report, “Connecting Sustainable Solutions”, Nexeo Solutions raised its overall CSR Rating score into the top 15% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the Chemicals Wholesale industry, and the top 7% for Sustainable Procurement.

EcoVadis, established in 2007, has become an industry standard for evaluating and rating sustainable business and procurement practices. The independent organization uses a stringent methodology covering 21 criteria across categories of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, to evaluate commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.
