Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure. 

On August 2, 2021, News Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Oil Price Information Service business and related assets for $1.15 billion in cash, subject to customary adjustments. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
