Quarterly Dividend 


NEW YORK, Nov. 3  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NWH, Inc. 

NWH announced today that it will pay a special dividend of $0.20 per share, in
addition to the regular quarterly dividend of $.30 per share, on February 2,
2004.  The dividend, aggregating $0.50 per share, will be payable to
stockholders of record at the close of business on January 19, 2004.  The board
of directors of NWH plans to review additional dividends on a quarterly basis.
