Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 17, 2016, Nutraceutical International Corporation (“Nutraceutical”) reported results for the fiscal 2016 fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2016. The press release reporting the results is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
