On August 8, 2018 , Nuance Communications, Inc. announced its financial results for its third quarter of its fiscal year 2018 , ended June 30, 2018 . The press release, including the financial information contained therein, is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and a set of prepared remarks regarding the results of the quarter ended June 30, 2018 is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2. The press release and prepared remarks are incorporated herein by reference. The press release and prepared remarks each include certain non-GAAP financial measures.
