Stockholder Meeting to be Held on Thursday, April 5, 2007 GREAT RIVER, N.Y., March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Netsmart Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTST), a leading provider of enterprise-wide software and services for health and human services organizations, today announced that a special meeting of stockholders has been called for Thursday, April 5, 2007 to consider the merger transaction that was announced on November 20, 2006. The proxy statement is dated February 28, 2007, and was first mailed on or about March 2, 2007 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2007. A special committee of Netsmart's board of directors composed entirely of independent directors reviewed and considered the terms and conditions of the proposed merger.
