cross-license agreement.  Under the agreement, NetIQ will have certain rights to
WebSideStory's U.S. Patent No. 6,393,479, and WebSideStory will have certain
rights to NetIQ's U.S. Patent No. 6,112,238.  Additional details of the
agreement were not disclosed.
