Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 30, 2009, Inergy Holdings, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release, which reports the Partnership’s results of operations for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2009. The press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
