On October 26, 2021, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. announced the presentation of Pharmacokinetic Data from our Phase 1b/2a Study with Vurolenatide, currently in Phase 2b for short bowel syndrome, at the American College of Gastroenterology 2021 Annual Scientific Meeting. A copy of such release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
