Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 7, 2017, William Healy submitted his resignation, to be effective June 30, 2017, as Director of Net Element, Inc. (the “Company”), due to personal reasons and not over any disagreement with the Board of Directors or the Company’s management. Mr. Healy has served on the Board of Directors of the Company since June 30, 2014.
