The conference will be held January 24-27, 2006 at the Fort Lauderdale-Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sobers' first presentation, "QoS and Network Monitoring for Successful Large-Scale VoIP," will take place Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 3:00 P.M. EST. This session will explore the challenges of managing IP telephony and converged voice and data infrastructures, the trends surrounding managed VoIP, and what many services providers are doing to support their enterprise customers. The second presentation, "Quality of Service State of the Market," will take place Thursday, January 26, 2006 at 2:30 P.M. EST. This session will examine the factors that affect VoIP QoS, such as latency of VoIP, bandwidth, network reliability, and jitter.
