announced last night the winners of the 2005 Micromuse Partner Awards
for North America. Winners were recognized at an awards banquet held
at the New York Hilton in New York City:

-- Federal Netcool Integrator - Windward Consulting Group

The Micromuse Partner Awards were held in conjunction with the
annual Micromuse North American Netcool Users Conference, which
continues through October 27th in New York City. This year's award
recipients were selected on the following criteria; top revenue
performance, total number of trained and certified Netcool engineers,
total number of new customers, and total number of referenceable
accounts.

Partners, including IBM, generationE Technologies, ReachView
Technologies, Softential, and Windward Consulting Group, were also
honored for consistent revenue generation, customer support,
education, and certifications commitments.
