IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Micro Therapeutics, Inc.
(MTI) (NASDAQ:MTIX) today announced it will release its 2004 fourth quarter and
full year financial results on February 10, 2005.  The company also said that
Tom Wilder, MTI's president and chief executive officer, and James Corbett,
chairman, will host a conference call that same day at 1:00 p.m. PT (4:00 p.m.
ET) to review the company's financial results and operations.
