MRO Software and BearingPoint Sign Agreement to Deliver Asset and Service Management Solutions and Services

MRO Software, (NASDAQ: MROI), a leading provider of
asset and service management solutions, and BearingPoint, Inc.
(NYSE:BE), a leading global management and technology consulting firm,
today announced an alliance to cooperatively help companies and
organizations identify and implement strategies and solutions to
increase return on investment from enterprise assets.
   The alliance combines BearingPoint's business and systems
consulting experience in developing and implementing industry-specific
asset and service management solutions and its ProvenCourse(SM) tools
and methodologies with MRO Software's Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES),
a set of solutions based on a single platform and common architecture.
Together MRO Software and BearingPoint can assist companies with their
efforts to achieve greater efficiency, better manage asset inventory,
derive more meaningful metrics and analytics regarding asset and
service management, as well as reduce total life cycle costs.
