MRO Software Signs Reseller Agreement with Canada's Largest Communications Provider; Industry Leaders Combine to Deliver Soluti

MRO Software, (NASDAQ: MROI), the leading provider of
asset and service management solutions, today announced a reseller
agreement with Bell Canada to cooperatively market and deliver asset
and service management solutions to the Canadian marketplace.
   Under the terms of the agreement, Bell Canada will offer MRO
Software's Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES), an industry leading asset
management software suite as part of its own market-leading
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions. This
offering will provide enhanced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
capabilities along with Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL)-compliant solutions for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT
Service Management.
   With the MRO Software solutions, Bell Canada is in a position to
provide its customers with an asset and service management solution
that will enable new and innovative processes, improve operational
efficiencies, reduce costs and increase performance across the
enterprise. In addition, Bell Canada has committed to implementing
MXES for use internally.
