availability of a program for existing Datastream customers to
transfer their asset management solutions to MRO Software's industry
leading Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES). "Convert with Confidence"
offers a proven alternative to existing Datastream customers who may
not be comfortable with the uncertainties and unclear corporate
direction driven by that company's recent decision to be acquired.
   The "Convert with Confidence" program is offered to existing
Datastream customers who have deployed their solution in either a
hosted or standard software model. The program offers special
conversion pricing for software and maintenance, data conversion
services available through MRO Software's professional services group,
and complementary attendance at MRO World 2006, where more than 1,400
Maximo users are expected to attend to discuss ROI and the benefits
derived from Maximo. In addition, customers that opt to convert to MRO
Software's hosted Maximo solution will receive a free year of
application hosting as part of the program.
