New Virtual Share suite for the ViPr Virtual Presence System enables sharing of

Virtual Share, a set of powerful collaboration tools that enables the sharing
of documents and applications across its real-time video communications
platform.

Marconi's Virtual Presence System - ViPr - is an easy-to-use, high- resolution
video telephony and multimedia communications device that connects people in
broadcast-quality, room-based or desktop videoconferences anywhere in the
world. ViPr customers include government and emergency services agencies for
command and control; health care systems for telemedicine; educational
organizations for distance learning; and court systems for telejustice.

ViPr Virtual Share includes three main features: ViPr(TM) docShare; ViPr(TM)
appShare; and the capability to use ViPr's desktop flat screen as a
high-definition PC monitor, thus saving desk space and valuable IT resources.
With ViPr docShare, users can easily share documents - reports, presentations,
spreadsheets, graphs or digital images - even as they simultaneously
participate in a ViPr videoconference, simply by connecting their ViPr
terminals with desktop or laptop PCs or a document camera.

ViPr appShare automates real-time collaboration between ViPr terminals for the
most popular network meeting applications, such as electronic white- boarding,
application sharing, and electronic annotation. While using Virtual Share, ViPr
retains its capability to share streaming video with conference participants
from a variety of sources, including broadcast TV, cable, CCTV, or surveillance
cameras.

control room-based videoconferencing peripheral devices. This feature extends
the benefits of ViPr's simple, intuitive touch screen, so that users can easily
manage room-based devices such as cameras, displays or projection devices, and
external audio input and output devices.
