MPW Merger is Completed

(NASDAQ:MPWG) announced today that the "going private" merger of Noir Acquisition Corporation, a privately held corporation wholly-owned by Monte R. Black, MPW's founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and his family, with and into MPW was completed.

Founded in 1972, MPW Industrial Services Group, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated, technically-based industrial cleaning and related facilities support services in North America.
