Systems, Inc. and Fairbanks Mobile Wash, Inc. further expanding its presence
into the greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

Hubbell's Cleaning Systems, Inc. specializes in environmental cleaning and
facility management services.  Hubbell utilizes regenerative street sweepers to
minimize dust clouds on roads, medians and exit ramps.  They also provide
water-soluble dust depressant solutions used to wash roads and supply tankers.
Presently the organization manages 45 miles of paved and unpaved roads at the
AK Steel facility in Middletown, Ohio.  Hubbell also provides snow removal and
lawn care services to its customers.

Fairbanks Mobile Wash, Inc. provides low-pressure Hydroblasting and Industrial
Wet & Dry Vacuum Services to customers in the Middletown, Ohio area.  The
organization boasts experienced technicians well-versed in providing industrial
cleaning solutions.
