(1)	Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") award granted on July 29, 2020. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock once vested. The entire award vests and becomes non-forfeitable on July 29, 2021, or, if earlier, the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders following the Grant Date, subject to reporting person's continuous service with the Company.
