Monmouth Capital Corporation Reports Six-Month Earnings

FREEHOLD, N.J., Aug. 12  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Monmouth Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:MONM) reported net income of $802,000 or $0.21 a share for the six months ended June 30, 2005, as compared to $1,041,000 or $0.33 a share for the six months ended June 30, 2004.

A summary of significant financial information for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2005 and 2004 is as follows:
