Sky-mobi Limited ("Sky-mobi" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:MOBI), a mobile application platform and game publisher in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2015. The annual report, which contains its audited financial statements, is available on the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.mopo.com.

The Company will provide a hard copy of its annual report free of charge to its shareholders and holders of American depositary shares representing its common shares upon request.
