Novatel Wireless Announces Adjournment of 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NVTL) (the “Company”), a leading provider of machine to machine (M2M) wireless solutions, announced today that it convened its 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, and adjourned the Annual Meeting until Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at the Company’s principal offices located at 9645 Scranton Road, San Diego, CA 92121. The Annual Meeting was adjourned to provide additional time for the Company’s new management team to prepare for the Annual Meeting.
