Morgans Hotel Group Sets 2016 Annual Meeting Date

NEW YORK, March 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgans Hotel Group Co. (NASDAQ: MHGC) today announced that it has scheduled its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson hotel in New York City on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, April 1, 2016.
