Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On June 18, 2019, Mackinac Financial Corporation (the “Company” ) reported its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable July 12, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2019.

 

The Company issued a press release announcing the dividend.  A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
