Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 7, 2015, Michael H. Vishny announced his resignation as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Mentor Graphics Corporation, effective May 6, 2015. Mr. Vishny will continue in his current position through May 6, 2015, to provide support while a successor is found.
