conferences in May 2005.

On Thursday, May 12, at 1:25 p.m. CDT, CEO and President, Joseph D. Keegan,
Ph.D. will present at the Baird 2005 Growth Stock Conference in Chicago.

On Thursday, May 19, at 2:00 p.m. PDT, CEO and President, Joseph D. Keegan,
Ph.D. will present at the Banc of America Securities Health Care Conference
2005 in Las Vegas.
