Corporation (NASDAQ:MDCC) will announce its second quarter 2005 earnings on
Tuesday, July 26, 2005 after the close of regular market trading.  Senior
Management will hold a conference call the following day, Wednesday, July 27,
2005 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific (11:00 a.m. Eastern) to discuss operating results and
