SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Molecular Devices Corporation (NASDAQ:MDCC) will announce its fourth quarter 2005 earnings on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 after the close of regular market trading.  Senior Management will hold a conference call the following day, Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific (11:00 a.m. Eastern) to discuss operating results and other business matters.
