Corporation (NASDAQ:MDCC) will announce its first quarter 2005 earnings on
Thursday, April 28, 2005 after the close of regular market trading.  Senior
Management will hold a conference call the following day, Friday, April 29, at
8:00 a.m. Pacific (11:00 a.m. Eastern) to discuss operating results and other
