      Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHX) (NASDAQ:MCHXP), a local search and 
      advertising company, today announced that it will release financial 
      results for its second quarter 2008 ended June 30, 2008 on August 5, 
      2008, at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. At that time, Marchex will also 
      post the press release on the News section of its corporate Web site (www.marchex.com/marchex-news/).
    
    
      Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting 
      at 5:00 p.m. ET on August 5 to discuss the results and outlook for the 
      company. A live Webcast will be available on the Earnings Releases area

      where an archived version of the Webcast will be also available,
