On February 20, 2019 , ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 , and provided earnings guidance for fiscal year 2019 .

ManTech also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.27 per share will be paid on March 22, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019 . The declaration of future dividend payments is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

A copy of the February 20, 2019 release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
