Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	The shares were received as compensation for Mr. Lewis' service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer for the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2016, ending June 30, 2016, pursuant to the Issuer's previously disclosed outside director's equity compensation plan.
( 2)	Reporting Person identified a clerical error on the Form 4 filed on the Reporting Person's behalf on April 5, 2016, that under-reported the April 1, 2016 grant by ten (10) shares. This filing reflects a correction of the previously reported shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person.
( 3)	These common stock are beneficially owned by Lewis Asset Management Corp. Mr. Lewis is the portfolio manager and general partner of Lewis Asset Management Corp.
