LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Did you ring in the New Year with a ring on your finger? The holidays are one of the most popular times of the year to get engaged. Contest photos must be submitted before January 22, 2017, and online voting will take place January 23 – February 7, 2017.
