Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The reporting person acquired 125,918 shares of hte Issuer's Series A common stock in a pro rata distribution on August 27, 2014 by Liberty Interactive Corporation (now known as Qurate Retail, Inc., "Liberty") to holders of its Series A Liberty Ventures common stock in connection with the spin-off of the Issuer (formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty) from Liberty (the "spin-off").
(2)	The price is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $2.81 to $2.86, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.
(3)	Includes 390 shares of the Issuer's Series A common stock acquired in a pro rata distribution by Liberty on August 27, 2014 to holders of its Series A Liberty Ventures common stock in connection with the spin-off.
(4)	The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares owned by his spouse.
