Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure. 

On October 12, 2018, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, which will occur immediately following the annual Investor Meeting of Liberty Media Corporation. Presentations will begin at approximately 9:00am E.S.T and the Company’s annual Investor Meeting is estimated to begin at approximately 10:50am E.S.T. During its annual Investor Meeting, observations may be made regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook. The annual Investor Meeting will be held in New York, NY and is open to shareholders, research analysts and press. Registration information is available on the Company’s website.
