Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On September 6, 2017, Lightbridge Corporation (“Lightbridge”) issued a press release regarding the execution of a binding heads of terms agreement with AREVA Inc. setting forth the material terms and conditions for their creation of a joint venture to develop, manufacture and commercialize fuel assemblies based on Lightbridge’s innovative metallic nuclear fuel technology. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
