Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	This statement is filed by or on behalf of Thorsten Weigl. The securities covered by this statement are owned by Solom GmbH. Mr. Weigl is the Chief Executive Officer of Solom GmbH and may be deemed to beneficially own securities owned or held by or for the account or benefit of Solom GmbH. . In connection with the closing of the merger with Pyxis Tankers Inc and the spin-off, LookSmart Ltd consummated a 1 to .1512 reverse split, thereby reducing the number of its shares outstanding from 5,768,851 to 872,036. Each post-split share of LookSmart Ltd was cancelled and exchanged for the right to receive 1.0667 shares of Pyxis common stock. As a result, Mr. Weigl no longer own shares of LookSmart Ltd.
( 2)	The reporting person states that neither the filing of this statement nor anything herein shall be deemed an admission that such person is, for purposes of Section 16 of the Act or otherwise, the beneficial owner of any securities covered by this statement.
