Other Events.

 

On February 19, 2020, LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its purchase of a fleet of luxury vehicles and entry into a perpetual software license for a vehicle subscription service mobile application. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
