Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 14, 2016, Gray Hall resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Limelight Networks, Inc. (the "Company") effective immediately. Mr. Hall has advised management that his resignation is for personal reasons and is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Hall has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 2014. The Board is currently engaged in a search to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Hall’s resignation.
