Dehaier Medical to Become the Exclusive After-Sales Service Agent of HEYER Medical AG

 (Nasdaq:DHRM) ("Dehaier" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in the development, assembly, marketing and sale of medical devices and homecare medical products, today announced that Dehaier becomes the exclusive after-sales service agent of Heyer Medical AG ("Heyer") for its anesthesia machine and ultrasound nebulizer products.

Under the agreement, Dehaier will be the exclusive technical service provider in mainland China for all Heyer products sold in the country, including product installation, user training, maintenance and product upgrading. The agreement also extends Dehaier's exclusive distribution authorization for Heyer anesthesia machines and ultrasound nebulizers for two years. Mr. Ping Chen, Chairman and CEO of Dehaier, noted, "We are pleased to deepen our cooperation with Heyer and look forward to sharing Heyer's high-quality medical products in China."
