Dehaier Extends Exclusive Distribution Authorization With Timesco

 (Nasdaq:DHRM) ("Dehaier" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in the development, assembly, marketing and sale of medical devices and homecare medical products in China, today announced that it received the exclusive distribution right renewal from Timesco in related to CLX laryngoscope products. Pursuant to the renewal agreement, Dehaier will continue to have the exclusive right to direct sale, distribute and bid of optima range products, including CLX and Eclipse blades and handles in mainland China through 2014.
