On October 30, 2014, the Board of Directors of Lionbridge appointed Michael Dallas, a director of Lionbridge, to serve as a member of the Board's Nominating and Compensation Committee. This Committee is chaired by Claude Sheer; other members of the Committee in addition to Mr. Sheer and Mr. Dallas are Paul Kavanagh and Guy deChazal.
