(the “Company”) is furnishing this Form 6-K to report that effective as of August 9, 2024, Mr. Jian Wang was removed from his positions as the Company’s director and Chairman of the board of directors (the “Board”). The Board intends to appoint a new Chairman as soon as practicable.
