Lexar Cancels Previously Announced Conference Call

Lexar Media, Inc. (Nasdaq:LEXR) today announced that as
a result of the recent announcement regarding the execution of a
definitive merger agreement with Micron Technology, Inc., it will no
longer host its fourth quarter and year end conference call scheduled
for Tuesday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The company expects to release
its results via an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission by March 14, 2006.
